Electrotech SWNR1000C Series Radar Level Transmitter is high-frequency level measuring instruments and short and medium range level, level/interface and volume measurement of liquids and solids. It is unaffected by changes in process conditions, high temperatures and pressures, and steam.
SWNR1000C provides accurate measurement in level, volume, and interface applications. For short and extended applications, offers coaxial, single or twin rod probes, and single or twin cable probes up to 20 m.SWNR1000C measures accurately in liquid or slurry applications of corrosive vapors, foam, saturated steam, high viscosity, quick fill/empty rates, low levels and varying dielectrics and product densities.
Ideal for retrofitting torque tube applications,.
Key applications: hydrocarbon processing, interface/level measurement, low dielectric liquids, high temperature/pressure applications, powdered solids with high angle of repose.
Electrotech Guided Wave Radar is the measuring instruments that based on the time travel principle, the Radar wave travel in speed of light, run time can be converted into a level signal by the electronic Component. The probes emits the high-frequency pulse and spread along the cable probe, the pulse come across the material surface and reflects back then receive by the instrument receiver and converted the distance signal to level signal.
Precise continuous level measurement and reliable point level detection.
Disturbance signal suppression.
HART®Communication protocol. Economical.
No density or conductivity restrictions.
Zero and full span adjustable within measuring range (length minus the top and bottom dead bands)
